Pay Structure:
- Base Pay: Solo WITH Hazmat Endorsement: $.61 cpm, Solo WITHOUT Hazmat Endorsement: $.60 cpm, Team's Base: .70 cpm (SPLIT)
- Safety/Performance Pay: Solo: .02 cpm over 30,000 miles, .05 cpm over 33,000 miles; Teams: .05 cpm over 57,000 miles
- Longevity Retention: paid annually
- Local, Semi-Regional, I-5 Corridor, bonus: $2.00 per hour (paid out every 60 days)
- Drops/Picks: up to $60 after the first Local, Semi-Regional, I-5 Corridor, CA: $26.00 per hour OT plus bonus $2.00 per hour, Local, Semi-Regional, Romeoville IL: $28.00 per hour OT plus bonus $2.00 per hour
Equipment:
- New Tractors: nothing older than 2-1/2 yrs Kenworth, International LT, Mack, & Peterbilt
- Governed at 72 APU Power Inverter Bunk Refrigerator Event Only Cameras
Lease Purchase Program:
- Owner Operator: (lease purchase available after 90 days) $1.20 cpm
- Truck Fuel Surcharge: National average. Trailer Fuel Surcharge: .05 cpm Bonus: .05 cpm
- No Trailer Fee: Owner pays road tax, bobtail physical damage insurance Company pays all permits after first year
