R&R Technologies is seeking a special someone best fit for a blend of responsibilities in this Hybrid manufacturing plant environment support role that has experience in a manufacturing facility with being able to Handle: Customer inquiries, processing customer Purchase Orders, and communicating professionally with customers via Outlook e-mail. Shipping & Logistics coordination: Scheduling Customer Trucks for Pickups, Preparing essential shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), and managing plant shipping workflows. Administrative & Document Management: Maintaining paper and manual filing—matching BOLs to pack slips and invoices—and performing general data entry. Accounts & Systems Operations: Utilizing software like Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and handling filing tasks related to basic accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) and being able to navigate through major client portals like Ariba and SAP. General Office Support: Collaborating with a small team, supporting multiple managers, and stepping in to keep daily operations running smooth.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge in the above areas along with a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to stay well organized while handling multiple priorities.
