We are looking for someone thats willing to join our team as a Window and Door installer. We mainly do new construction houses as well.
Some of the key points are making sure your measurements are correct, bucking and framing out windows and doors, using the tools that are provided to screw and fasten the windows and doors in the opening.
Experience in framing, using simple power tools and air tools is a key but we can train you on how to properly install and seal our windows and doors to not only us but our customers expectations

Responsibilities
- Measure and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install windows and doors according to specifications.
- Handle glass materials safely during fabrication, transportation, and installation processes, ensuring quality control at every step.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, assemble, and secure window frames, door frames, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and fixture installations.
- Perform heavy lifting of glass panels, window units, doors, and related materials while adhering to safety protocols.
- Install various types of windows and doors, including frame carpentry, door hanging, and ensuring proper fit and function.
- Apply caulking and construction painting techniques to seal installations against weather elements and improve finish quality.
- Interpret construction estimating data and blueprints to coordinate fabrication and installation activities efficiently on-site.
Experience
- Proven construction site experience with a focus on window and door installation or related carpentry work.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, measurement techniques for quality control.
- Hands-on experience with glass materials handling, glass installation processes, fixture installation, remodeling projects, and handyman tasks.
- Familiarity with construction estimating methods and the use of hand tools as well as power tools for precise assembly.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during measurement (dimensional measurements) and fabrication tasks.
- Previous experience working with construction plans involving metal stud framing or drywall is a plus.
- Commitment to safety standards in construction painting, caulking procedures, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and other finishing work.
