- Lawn care & maintenance
- Winterizations
- Property securing (locks, boarding, etc.)
- Interior & exterior repairs
- Renovations & rehabs
- HVAC & plumbing
- Trash-out & debris removal
- Rental turns & cleaning

- Completed job reports

Requirements:
- General Liability, E&O, and Auto Insurance
- Lawn equipment, truck/trailer for debris
