Job Overview
R&G Pressure Washing is looking for a dependable, hardworking Pressure Washer Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning vehicles, dealership lots, sidewalks, and other commercial surfaces using professional pressure washing equipment. This is an active, outdoor position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
No experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training. We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and take pride in delivering quality results for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean vehicles, dealership lots, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces.
- Travel to job sites throughout the Treasure Valley.
- Inspect equipment before and after each shift and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and customer expectations.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Represent R&G Pressure Washing professionally at all job sites.
Skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working with equipment throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
