What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and motivating your crew day-to-day
- Delivering high-quality work with zero shortcuts
- Keeping jobs on schedule and clients happy
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Communicating clearly with both team and customers
Who We’re Looking For
- 2 years of painting experience (residential or commercial)
- Someone who naturally takes charge—not waits to be told
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Reliable transportation valid driver’s license
