Lawn Care Technician / Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Lawn Care Technician who wants to be part of a professional team and grow with our company.
What You’ll Do
- Operate commercial stand-on mowers safely and efficiently
- Perform professional lawn maintenance on residential and commercial properties
- Weed eat and trim around fences, trees, buildings, landscape beds, and other areas
- Edge sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and other hard surfaces
- Blow grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, patios, and entryways
- Complete assigned routes while maintaining a consistent pace and high-quality results
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Drive company vehicles and transport equipment safely between job sites
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service to customers
What We Require
- Previous professional experience operating commercial stand-on mowers is required
- Experience performing professional lawn maintenance on residential and commercial properties
- Experience with commercial weed eating, edging, and blowing
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position involves significant driving between residential and commercial job sites throughout the workday.
Additional Experience & Advancement Opportunities
Experience with shrub and hedge trimming, mulch installation, landscape enhancements, or other landscaping services is a plus.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional overtime and seasonal overtime as needed
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Paid Holidays
Pay
$17–$25 per hour based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
Technicians with strong commercial mowing experience and additional landscaping skills may qualify toward the higher end of the pay range.
