We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will sell final expense insurance products to new and existing clients, build lasting relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions based on their individual needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Share accurate and clear information about available insurance products and services
- Help clients select the most appropriate insurance plans for their situation
- Process policy renewals, changes, and claims in a timely manner
- Conduct sales presentations and introduce new products to existing clients
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proficiency in Spanish or another language is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be coachable, self-motivated, and community-oriented
Compensation
- Strictly performance-based
- 90,000-120,000 expected first-year salary with opportunity for growth and advancement
- Quarterly bonuses, agent trips and incentives based on production
