Key Responsibilities
- Pull and stage HVAC materials and equipment for installation crews
- Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying accuracy and condition
- Maintain organized inventory, labeling and shelving supplies
- Track and report material usage and jobsite returns
- Assist with equipment loading, unloading, and jobsite delivery
- Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
- Support occasional after-hours or weekend duties during peak seasons
- Help with minor tool repairs and inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (HVAC or construction industry a plus)
- Basic computer and inventory software skills
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and operate forklifts (certification a plus)
- Must pass DOT physical
- Comfortable with vertical mobility and working from heights
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Understanding of safety regulations and requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Service Titan
- Procore knowledge
