Essential Functions:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills, proven ability of leading teams.
- Gas Mech 1 license, EPA, WA elec traniee card.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on commercial projects.
- Necessary industry licenses and certifications.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary Description:
$30-$40/hour DOE
Salary : $30 - $40
