🛠️ About the Role

As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You’ll serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to customers, ensuring each job is completed with precision and care.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems

• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups

• Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers

• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards

• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site

• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service

• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, working order

• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity

🎯 What You Bring

• 3 years of HVAC service experience

• Valid EPA Section 608 Certification

• Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather and job site conditions

🔧 Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• NATE Certification

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software

• Gas piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
