What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telehandler operation position at R&R Fabrication?
We are hiring an experienced Telehandler Operator for our steel fabrication facility.
This is not a standard warehouse forklift position.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a telehandler to move structural steel around our yard and facility
- Load and unload flatbed trucks
- Stage steel for production and shipping
- Check incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Keep track of delivery tickets and paperwork
- Help keep the steel yard organized
Requirements:
- Telehandler experience required
- Experience loading and unloading flatbeds
- Comfortable handling long and heavy steel/materials
- Safety focused and reliable
- Able to keep basic delivery paperwork organized
Experience working in a steel yard, fabrication shop, construction yard, or similar environment is strongly preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
