Position Summary: The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing the Treatment Plan goals and objectives written and maintained by the BCBA. These goals may include, but are not limited to: daily living skills, hygiene, community access, communication and social skills. Some clients may have basic medical needs in which they need assistance completing. RBT’s will work in the client’s residence, but may occasionally support the clients in other settings. Hours of work are arranged with the Supervising BCBA, client, and their family and may vary from week to week, depending on the client’s needs. The RBT will be responsible for keeping daily records and providing weekly summaries documenting services provided. The RBT will be under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and collaborate with supervisors as well as client’s caregivers.

- Implements individualized treatment plans for each client supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Autism Specialist
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, special education or other related field (Preferred)
- Current 40Hr Online Behavior Technician Training completion certificate from https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/product/rbt/ (required if no RBT license)
- Current RBT license (can acquire on the job before starting)
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
