R&R Car Connextion LLC is seeking a motivated and outgoing Used Auto Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs, guide them through the buying process, and ensure an excellent customer experience from start to finish. No prior automotive sales experience is required — we provide training and a supportive environment to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a professional, friendly attitude
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
- Present pricing, financing options, and available add-on products
- Follow up with leads, online inquiries, and past customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales area
- Work closely with management to meet weekly and monthly sales goals
Compensation:
- Base pay with no chargebacks
- Commission on all sales

Qualifications:
