- Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems with high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to ensure a consistent high-level customer experience.
- Perform system startups on newly installed systems to guarantee proper operation.
- Complete required paperwork for each job.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Understanding of low-voltage control wiring.
- A valid driver's license.
- Capacity to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces.
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
