Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Installation Manager to lead and oversee residential installation projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that all installation activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards. As a Residential Installation Manager, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, all while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential installation teams, providing clear direction and support throughout each project phase.
• Develop detailed construction schedules using project management software ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
• Oversee the review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to guarantee accuracy and compliance with client specifications and building codes.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders—including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams—to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Monitor project budgets closely, managing costs effectively through construction estimating tools like HeavyBid or ProCore to prevent overruns.
• Ensure adherence to construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies on all sites.
• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog or Civil 3D to track progress, generate reports, and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections regularly to verify quality control measures are followed and that safety protocols are maintained at all times.
• Manage project documentation meticulously, including construction plans, change orders, permits, and compliance records.
• Lead project meetings to review progress, address challenges proactively, and keep all team members aligned with project goals.

• Strong organizational skills with effective time management to meet deadlines consistently.
