Responsibilities
- Develop reports, briefs, and presentations for executive level meetings and events.
- Coordinate use of facility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as liaison with building management and facilitate effective communication for all office maters.
- Assist occupant personnel with planning, preparation and execution of customer related engagements as needed.
- Train new employees on office protocols.
- Work with senior management to improve office operations and procedures such as emergency response protocols and conference room use policies/ procedures.
- Maintain seating chart, enforce security protocols, and attend to procurement and supply needs of the office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Active Secret Clearance or eligible to obtain Secret Clearance.
