Lawn Care & Property Maintenance Crew Member ($20/hr)
Job Summary
Join our team as a Crew Member in Lawn Care & Property Maintenance. In this role, you will deliver high-quality lawn mowing, trimming, snow removal, and seasonal property services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining clean, well-kept properties, and can work efficiently in all seasons.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property clean-up
- Assist with snow plowing, shoveling, and salting during winter months
- Perform pruning of shrubs, mulching, and seasonal yard maintenance
- Operate lawn care equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets company quality standards
- Maintain and inspect equipment, keeping tools clean and in good condition
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients when needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in lawn care, mowing, or property maintenance
- Ability to safely operate lawn equipment and snow removal equipment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
