R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning landscape contractor that builds and maintains high-end landscapes in the New England area. Our teams of site specialists, expert masons, and experienced horticulture crews work with our managers and estimators to deliver amazing projects.
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. Candidates must be able to lead a crew of 1-4 people in all areas of landscape construction.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction
- Installation and care of tree and shrubs
- General landscape masonry skills a plus!
- Team player with high attention to detail
- Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills is a must
- Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely paperwork
- Proven leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus!
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs
