We are the region's largest home builder and one of the largest landlords and real estate developers in the region with an already terrific team.
We are in search of a team member to support the marketing functions of our Property Management and Home Building divisions. This is the perfect opportunity for a creative individual with excellent graphic skills, communication, and attention to detail.
Typical responsibilities will vary based on business needs and may include:
- Manage for sale and for rent listing language and visual content library.
- Develop and implement physical and digital signage art to promote for sale and for rent housing.
- Enhance company websites for improved user experience and add new content as needed.
- Promote business using social media platforms.
- Maintain online marketing platforms, market surveys and other marketing initiatives.
- With training and support, use 3D modeling software to create renderings of house plan exteriors , modify layouts and, as needed, 3D walkthroughs.
- Staff model homes and conduct tours as necessary.
- Support leasing and sales with lead qualification, application processing, customer meetings, and writing of leases and contracts.
- Accomplish organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
