Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Illinois CDL Class A, and DOT Medical Certification
• Minimum 2 years experience in Intermodal driving. This includes experience with tri-axle chassis, 20s and 40s.
• HAZMAT Endorsement is required for all drivers. If hired and you don’t have your HAZMAT, you must start the process before your first day, complete adding HAZMAT to your license within your first 30 days. R&M offers practice and study materials.
• Clean driving record, including accident history, for the past 5 years.
• High School diploma, or GED equivalent.

*30 day elimination period, then paid in weekly installments of $200. Additional terms and conditions apply.
