Roach Energy has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative who possesses outstanding customer service skills and a drive to exceed managers expectations. In this role you must have excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
•Customer Service Experience and Basic Accounting is REQUIRED
Responsibilities and Duties:
•Practice pleasant phone manner.
•Greet Customers. Serve as the companies “first contact”
•Computer literate and comfortable with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
•Sort and distribute daily mail, maintain postage meter and mail invoices/ statements
•Operate switchboard and direct calls
•Backup to the sales team on all walk-in customers at the Receiving Counter.
•Process new account and delivery information
•Enter all service calls into system
•Review customer statements and accounts for accuracy. Reconcile customer accounts
•Receive, process and log customer payments
•Process credit card payments
•Ensure the accurate and timely filing of department documents.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
