This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their administrative and customer service skills in a professional, team-oriented environment. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.

Customer service experience is required.

Knowledge of Cargas software is a plus!

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and serve as a first point of contact for customers.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone and in person.

• Process new customer accounts, delivery information, service requests, and payments.

• Review customer accounts and statements for accuracy and assist with account reconciliation.

• Process credit card payments and log customer payments.

• Provide administrative support, including filing, mail distribution, and invoice and statement mailing.

• Assist walk-in customers and provide backup support to the sales team.

• Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other computer systems to complete daily tasks.

• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience is required.

• Strong communication and telephone skills.

• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and help others.

• Dependability, punctuality, and good attendance.

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Willingness to work extended hours during peak season.

• Ability to successfully pass required background and drug screenings.
