What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agricultural Equipment Operator position at R&M Farms, Inc.?
Prepare fields for planting. Pick rocks and operate tractors to till the soil. Operate farming equipment in order to plant, spray, fertilize and harvest grain and soybean crops. Load and unload crops. Transport crops to storage facilities. Transport fertilizer and/or chemical via semi. General farm duties such as servicing equipment, facility maintenance and shop work. May transport heavy equipment via removable gooseneck trailer (dependent on applicant).
