Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Polish preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Previous customer service experience required; insurance industry experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented, with a strong desire to build long-term client relationships and grow professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help clients.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Review clients' coverage to ensure policies continue to meet their evolving needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional client experience and support overall agency goals.
- Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, including financial products, during every client interaction.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
