Duties
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback promptly
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling with precision and accountability
- Assist in food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality roles, including host/hostess experience or serving in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate order processing
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
