What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assemble & Prepare: Hand-assemble parts or feed raw materials into production machinery.
- Maintain Quality: Perform routine quality checks to identify and remove faulty products.
- Machine Operation: Safely operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment like conveyors or packaging machines.
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Stay Organized: Maintain a clean workstation and assist with inventory or palletizing finished goods.
What You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with speed and accuracy.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
Starting Wage of $16.90/hr DOE. (Depends on Experience)
