THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
As our Automotive Finance and Title Administrator, you'll become the backbone of our financial and title operations. Each day, you'll process in-state and out-of-state tag and title work, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. You'll break down deals, send bank contracts for funding, verify down payments, and process vehicle trade payoffs, making sure every financial transaction is handled smoothly. Keeping our records precise, you'll calculate and record sales commissions, post invoices, and submit warranties and rebates while maintaining our general ledger and reconciliations. You'll also be responsible for issuing reimbursement checks, payoff checks, and title work checks, tracking driver fees, and stocking in new vehicles. Beyond financial duties, you'll apply for sales licenses, notarize forms, and ensure compliance with all necessary regulations. Your role is essential in keeping our dealership running like a well-oiled machine-and we can't do it without you!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in automotive dealership office operations
- Proficiency with title processing, finance administration, and accounting functions
