Job Overview

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and seasonal cleanups
- Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met
- Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water management
- Manage tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments
- Provide guidance on gardening practices, horticulture techniques, and landscape design implementation
- Assign tasks to crew members based on skill levels and project requirements
- Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising landscaping or construction crews with a strong background in landscape maintenance and lawn care
- Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and plant health management
- Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, tree care, and general landscape construction
