What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Line Pump Operator position at R&L Construction Inc.?
A concrete line pump operator is required to complete concrete line pump operations safely and with high quality, including the clean-up process, in cooperation with the job site foreman. The line pump operator does not need significant levels of experience but must demonstrate the ability to learn from the concrete line pump supervisor.
The Concrete Line Pump operator performs the following tasks:
Contact the foreman of the job site to coordinate the work
Setting up line pump to complete the job
Complete the clean-up of line and pumps to meet regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
Ability to speak fluent English.
Ability to operate line pump independently within 6 weeks
Ability to sit for the ACPA line pump operator certification within 12 months
Preferred Qualifications
Concrete line pump operation experience
2-5 years of experience in the construction industry
Experience towing trailers.
Physical Conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and drag lines up to 50 feet .
Outdoor work in hot, cold, rainy, and windy environments.
Potential for low light conditions in the early morning and late evening.
Noisy conditions may be present. The company provides hearing protection.
Lifting and carrying hazards, slip/trip/falls, heat stress, cold stress, working at heights, and other construction related safety hazards.
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
