R L Carriers has an immediate opening for an HR Coordinator to work in our Wilmington, Ohio Service center as a liaison between employees, managers, and human resources. The HR Coordinator must be able to read and interpret policies, state laws, and apply them to everyday tasks. Must be comfortable giving guidance to employees and all levels of management based on policies and laws. The HR Coordinator will take employee complaints and conduct investigations in a timely manner.
