R&K has the opportunity to provide GEOINT, IMINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT Analysts to support on-going and future operations executed in Declared Theaters of Active Armed Conflict (DTAAC) and Outside Declared Theaters of Active Armed Conflict (ODTAAC). The purpose of this support is to contribute to the actionable intelligence capability using personnel within the functional spectrum of IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT. This support directly contributes to the USSOCOM and AFSOC capability to meet known and emergent mission requirements and operations assigned by the Secretary of Defense.

R&K is seeking a full-time RPA Intelligence Formal Training Program Action Officer

Title: RPA Intelligence Formal Training Program Action Officer

Location: Hurlburt Field, FL

Duration: Permanent/Full-Time

Clearance: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Start Date: Upon Approval

Duties: The successful candidate shall perform the following duties:

Contractor manages the Flight’s RPA Combat Mission Readiness training requirements and oversees implementation of the unit training program IAW Flight, AFSOC, and HAF guidance.

The RPA Intelligence Formal Training Program Action Officer will:

· Constructs 1 SOSS/IN internal RPA intelligence mission qualification training program; to include, guidance (includes Intelligence Handbook; Tactics, Techniques and Procedure; Operating Instructions), job qualification standards, lesson plans, master question files, and courseware.

· Administers 1 SOSS/IN RPA intelligence formal training program scheduling for officer, enlisted, government civilian, and contractor personnel.

· Provides day-to-day oversight of training documentation and materials contained within the online training documentation system.

· Analyzes and evaluates course performance and progress to identify program deficiencies and inconsistencies, and adjust training as necessary.

· Implements approved revisions to lesson materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness.

· Solicits unit feedback to update training publications and materials.

· Coordinates and schedules intelligence personnel training to include formal military schools, national agency courses, joint-service schools, mobile training teams, and civilian instruction.

· Validates initial qualification training (IQT) and mission qualification training (MQT) lesson plans.

Requirements: The candidate shall meet the following qualifications:

· Minimum 4 years hands-on RPA analysis and production experience out of the last 8 years.

· Must fully comprehend the duties of an RPA Formal Training Program Action Officer.

Special Requirements:

· Must possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

· Some Travel (less than 25%)
