Staff Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design and engineer site layouts, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
• Interpret zoning ordinances and regulatory requirements to ensure project compliance.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction oversight.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and environmental consultants, and other specialists to deliver cohesive, client-focused solutions.
• Promote innovative and sustainable design practices, including green infrastructure and smart growth strategies.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in land development and civil site design.
• Strong knowledge of site design, stormwater management, and regulatory processes.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
• PE license is not required, but looking to work toward licensure is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with clients and project stakeholders.
