RJKPT is a privately owned practice that has served Middle Georgia for over 20 years. We are seeking two full-time Physical Therapists to join our teams in Macon and Warner Robins. Competitive salary of $80,000–$85,000 based on experience, plus excellent benefits.
We intentionally keep a positive, family-oriented culture where therapists have the time to build meaningful relationships with patients instead of feeling like they're simply moving people through the schedule. We believe our therapists provide the best care when they're supported—not micromanaged. Our owners work alongside the team, encourage professional growth, and have built a workplace where therapists enjoy coming to work every day.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, self-motivated, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care. We welcome therapists who enjoy treating a wide variety of orthopedic and outpatient conditions, and we encourage specialty interests. Our mission is simple: provide exceptional care that helps people return to the activities they love while making every patient feel valued. Our therapists don't feel like a number here—and neither do our patients.
If you're passionate about helping people, enjoy building relationships with patients, and want to continue growing professionally, we'd love to meet you. Experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply. All applicants will be kept confidential. Candidate must be licensed in Georgia.
