As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, building relationships, and driving results.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with prospective and existing HVAC clients
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotes and service agreements
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and our field team
- Assist in scheduling sales appointments and coordinating with the operations team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and help drive sales campaigns and lead generation
- Support the sales team with documentation, project tracking, and job closeout paperwork
- Stay current on HVAC products, promotions, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of HVAC, construction, or related inside sales/customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and general tech-savviness
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
- A passion for problem-solving and helping customers find the right solution
- Bonus Points If You:
- Have HVAC technical knowledge or previous experience with HVAC estimating
- Have experience working with contractors, property managers, or facilities teams
