Responsibilities
- Various repairs to Plumbing Fixtures such as Water Closets, Faucets, Hose Bibbs, Water Heaters, Old/New Tub-Shower Valves, Sinks, Etc....
- Various Leak Repairs in Walls, under Slab, in Yard, & Crawl Space with Experience in Soldering Copper Piping
- Diagnosing Wall/Slab Leaks
- Water Heater Installations
- Minor Gas Line Repairs
- Fixture Replacements
- Drain Cleaning/Sewer Repairs
Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnose and Identify the root cause of technical issues with equipment
- Develop and implement effective solutions to repair or restore functionality
- Perform necessary repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks
Customer Interaction and Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on using and maintaining their equipment
- Explain technical issues and repair procedures in a clear and understandable manner
- Build and Maintain positive relationships with customers
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed and parts used
- Document findings, procedures, and outcomes of service visits
Other Potential Duties:
- Order necessary parts and supplies
- Provide quotes for services and parts
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures
- Travel to customer sites as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Plumbing Service
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
