We are seeking to add a Data Processing Coordinator to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.Responsibilities: DATA PROCESSING: · Review Admin Checklist· Print all returns: CD, Paper, Portal, Action items· Release returns· Upload / release all extensions, update GFR w/ extensions· Provide client requested documents· New client set ups· Tax season prep- Clean up Database & prepare labels· Tax season prep- Proforma returns & clean up client list· Rollover workflows in GFR· Prepare tax reports upon request· Data mining reports estimated payment reminds, etc.· Tax Notice log in & review of correspondence/responses -· Portal – client support· Maintain office systems/programs & basic staff IT support· Year end procedures- print w2’s & 1099’s· Year end procedures- auto allocation & employee vendor letter· Data processing supplies· Firm Billing· Address updates· Deactivation of clients· Qualifications:Previous experience in data entry or other related fieldsExcellent typing skillsStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-oriented
Salary : $23 - $26
