Project Manager III- Building Division

Position Summary:

Provide overall management and direction for mechanical construction projects of 5 million or more.

Hiring Requirements:

• 4 Year engineering degree or equivalent experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
• 5 years' experience in a similar role within construction including project coordination and task management.
• Experience successfully managing multiple projects up to at least $3.5M with demonstrated capacity to manage single projects up to between $5M-$10M.
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Must have a working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices and concepts.
• Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Thorough understanding of construction software, corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
• Computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs.
• Knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.)
• Vital; superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential.
• Must be confident in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Superior organization skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
