What You’ll Do
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep our locations safe, operational, and well maintained. This role supports a variety of company properties, including Freshies Convenience Stores, Freshies Sparkle Carwashes, Energy Services offices, and leased properties. No two days are exactly the same.
- Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Complete preventative maintenance and respond to facility repair needs
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Troubleshoot building, store, and basic deli equipment
- Travel to company locations to complete assigned maintenance work
- Help maintain safe, clean, and organized facilities
- Identify maintenance concerns and address them in a timely manner
- Work independently while supporting team and operational needs
- Follow company safety standards and maintenance expectations
Qualifications
- General knowledge of building maintenance and repair
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
- Ability to travel between locations, with occasional overnight travel
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused approach to work
