What You'll Do:
- Assist contractors, technicians, at the sales counter
- Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions
- Process sales orders, quotations, and returns accurately
- Answer phone inquiries and support walk-in customers
- Maintain merchandise displays and stock levels
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, wholesale distribution, or related industry preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
