REPORTS TO:Building Leadership Team
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with school leaders, counselors, teachers, and external providers to develop and improve a school-based, intensive (Tier 3) intervention program.
For each participating student, support the implementation of a comprehensive plan integrating clinical, academic, care coordination, family, and classroom supports.
Provide direct academic or clinical support, including 1:1 and/or small-group interventions as appropriate to the position.
Engage in consistent two-way communication with families and staff, prioritizing respectful school/family partnerships.
Support classroom teachers with strategies to integrate effective practices into the regular classroom setting.
Monitor student progress, including those transitioning out of BRYT, and ensure accurate data entry into program systems.
Maintain a welcoming, safe, and supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
Participate fully in professional development, staff meetings, and school committees as appropriate.
Perform other professional duties as assigned by Building Leadership.

Support students with complex behavioral health or academic challenges in successfully re-engaging with school.
Foster a strengths-based, inclusive environment that promotes belonging and skill development.
Effectively use instructional technology to meet the needs of all learners.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid, appropriate Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education licensure
Elementary Education or Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities
For Academic Coordinator
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in education or related field.
Experience supporting students with academic and/or behavioral health challenges.
Strong collaboration and data-analysis skills.
Teaching or academic support experience preferred.
For Clinical Coordinator
Master’s degree (LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC preferred) and experience working with children (grades K–6) and families.
Demonstrated clinical skills supporting students with trauma, mental health, or behavioral challenges.
Strong case management and family engagement experience.
Experience in supervision or coaching preferred..
SALARY: In accordance with the Millbury Teachers’ Association contract
