ESTIMATOR/PROJECT ENGINEER
Qualifications
- Heavy / Civil Construction Experience
- Proficiency regarding estimating software and strategies
- Understand standard Construction and Business Practices
- Experience working with Subcontractors and Material Suppliers
- Understand Construction Safety Standards
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Works well as a team member
- Possess situational awareness
- Positive and safe work history
- Ability to pass work history verification
- Requires good or corrected vision and hearing within normal range
- Ability to pass and maintain pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Heavy Civil Construction – Estimator / Project Engineer
- Location – Colorado Springs, CO

Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- Experience using HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob preferred – not required
- Ability to read and understand project specifications and requirements
- Ability support the project team with consistent and accurate information
- Familiar with multi-state operations
