What are the responsibilities and job description for the Press Brake Operator position at R.E.F. Industries?
At R.E.F., we manufacture high-quality food service equipment and are looking for an experienced press brake operator who takes pride in precision and producing quality parts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of press brake experience required
- CNC press brake experience preferred, not required
- Experience forming stainless steel sheet metal
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate press brake equipment
- Bend and form stainless steel sheet metal ranging from 20 gauge to 10 gauge
- Work with parts ranging from 6 inches to 14 feet in length
- Select proper tooling and make machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain quality and accuracy throughout
Qualifications:
Candidate must understand how to properly adjust for varying material lengths, gauges, bend requirements, and forming specifications in a custom fabrication environment.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
