Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping & receiving, and warehouse distribution.
- Develop and implement process improvements utilizing methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
- Assist with procurement, purchasing, and materials management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Forklift operations and safety protocols.
- Lead efforts in delivery planning, inventory placement, and warehouse operations to meet customer needs efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory management, procurement, freight receiving, and logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives using proven methodologies.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to work with teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
- Ability to use Forklift safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in logistics operations.
