Job description:
Maintain basic operations and functionality of production robots throughout product/program life cycle.
Responsibilities:
· Monitor production robots to keep production running
· Coordinate with production operators to limit downtime on robots
· Troubleshoot robot for minor errors
· Limited programming to restart crashes/minor faults/minor errors
· Limited maintenance from diagnostics of minor issues
· Ensure robots are functioning to produce conforming products/services
· Prepare production lines ahead of time to ensure production can start and run without delays.
· Perform preventive maintenance on robots and production equipment to maximize reliability and reduce downtime.
· Create, maintain, and manage a spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are available when needed.
Salary will be based on experience and knowledge and discussed during interview.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
Minimum of two (2) years experience with robotic maintenance
