Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced antibody-based therapies.
- Conduct laboratory experiments to test and validate potential treatments.
- Develop and run tests to measure immune cell activity and effectiveness of therapies.
- Use specialized tools to study immune cell behavior and responses.
- Work with engineered cell systems and primary immune cells to support research.
- Generate high-quality data to guide decision-making from early research to clinical studies.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and interpret complex data.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience with immune cell-based therapies, such as T-cell engagers or bispecific antibodies.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques like flow cytometry, cell culture, and immune cell assays.
- Hands-on experience with genetic engineering tools (e.g., CRISPR) and cell line development.
- Strong ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively.
- A background in immunology, cell biology, or a related field.
Compensation:
- $125,000 to $145,000 per annum.
