Description

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Project Manager III in Foster City, CA.

Your main responsibilities as a Project Manager III:

· Support the lead project manager in end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple business functions.

· Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs; maintain accountability for on-time, on-budget results.

· Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Operations, HR, Commercial, Medical, Legal) to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, status reports, and risk/issue logs.

· Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.

What we are looking for in a Project Manager III:

· High School Degree and Twelve Year's Experience OR Associates Degree and Ten Years Experience OR Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years’ Experience

· Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate environment, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects.

· Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate a matrixed organization.

· Experience in pharmaceuticals or training is preferred but not required.

Pay Scale:

$122,270 – $152,842 Dependent on Experience)
