What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Operations Manager position at R&D Partners?
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Cell Line and Cell Culture Development Lab Manager in Foster City, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Cell Line and Cell Culture Development Lab Manager:
· Perform periodic routine lab equipment maintenance, basic operations, and/or calibrations.
· Carry out pH and dissolved oxygen probe calibrations and maintenance in addition to other parts of benchtop bioreactors
· Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements
· Oversee timely calibration of pipets
· Coordinate with site services to manage laboratory consumables and chemical inventory and raw material induction
What we are looking for in a Cell Line and Cell Culture Development Lab Manager:
· 2 years of experience with BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
· 0 years of experience with MS degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
· Experience in lab management and/or supply chain
· Oversight over or significant participation in lab inventory management, preferably including vendor interactions
· Performing routine maintenance and calibrations on common bioprocessing analytical equipment, such as cell counters and metabolite analyzers

Pay Scale:
$64,629 – $80,805 Dependent on Experience)
