What You Will Do
- Create memorable experiences: Plan and coordinate meetings and events that support teams across the organization.
- Own the details: Manage schedules, spaces, setup, and logistics to ensure smooth and successful events.
- Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet event needs and expectations.
- Support hospitality efforts: Coordinate catering, pantry needs, and event supplies to keep spaces welcoming and event‑ready.

- Event coordination experience: Experience supporting events, meetings, or similar coordination or administrative work.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to work effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Organization & attention to detail: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep details on track.
- Technology proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a professional setting.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
