Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in dbt and Snowflake to join a Contract-to-Hire opportunity supporting a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing scalable data pipelines, building ELT workflows, and optimizing cloud-based data warehouse solutions.

• Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) and Snowflake
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous USAA project or client experience
• Local to San Antonio, TX (preferred) or Plano, TX
