Specialist Production Planning
Where we need you
- Manage the incoming orders (IDOC, email, fax)
- Reviews and plans production schedules for Blow Molding, Offline Assemblies, Repack and Rework activities on a daily base
- Reviews exception messages daily and processes and expedites accordingly. *Reviews and analyzes MRP results for plausibility
- Ensures production orders are planned and meet inventory requirements
- Manages engineering changes for WIP and Finished Goods
- Balances inventory levels to meet internal and external requirements while minimizing inventory
- Troubleshoots inventory discrepancies
- Minimizes/eliminates need for premium freight
- Ensures excellent communication with all departments
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensures on-time delivery to customers, inventory accuracy, accurate production planning to meet customer requirements and inventory targets.
Work Experience Requirements
- 5 years production planning experience, preferably in Automotive Industry.
- Excellent computer skills, including SAP
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant equivalent experience.
